Got to open mat… didn’t roll, wrist was bad… real bad.



Thor ran the class. Warm-up was a bunch of various shrimps around the mat, back archw, and then head strengthening exercises. He then had us review the butterfly fly sweep while being flattened out and two collar grips, which then sequenced into an inverted straight arm lock…. great stuff!!

Was nice training today… took Monday off cause I didn’t get back to town till like 7:30 pm lol.
Oh well, life… got a few opportunities to teach in a fairly remote area. May take a chance a jump on it while outa town for the next few months.
Yes, still behind on a few other blurbs lol… train training training has been minimal. Wrist is still banged up… but hey, reinforcement, neoprene support will get me through warm-ups, drills, & technique.
Experience tells me nope for other things, especially when i gotta work in the morning lol.
