Great crew out for Openmat Friday… smashed that session! great times… great times!

Lifting: (5 sets, 12 reps ) 

  1. Squats, 135 lbs, 4:02 pm to 4:10 pm
  2. Bench Press, 135 lbs, 4:17 to 4:38 pm
  3. Crunches, 5 sets of 100 Reps,  4:17 to 4:38 pm


Conditioning: (Stationary Rowing)

  1. 1000 m, 4:30 min, Level 7
  2. 1000 m, 4:45 min, Level 6
  3. 1000 m, 4:45 min Level 6

Rolling: (10 mins Round )

  1. Hassan Hashmi, 1 rounds
  2. Trina the Beast Southerner, 1 rounds

Hit up the Sushi Station and smashed some mean sashimi and ribs after OpenMat lol…

Went to 2pm BJJ today… awesome time, got some great rounds in… will blog later…
