Soooo what?
Here it is slowed down lol… yep. Shin is all scraped up lol.

Either way, we had a standard warm-up, some positional sweep drilling, reviewed taking the back from mount from the hook sweep, 5×5 min rounds of rolling, and then 10 mins of first to points. The guys and gals did well, some were a little competitive but eh… a little competition never hurt anyone.

However, had to… going to Vegas early Friday morning for our delayed honeymoon lol. Miss it cause we found out we were having G a few days after the festivities lol. Don’t plan on training this visit… time with the wife is more important for this trip.
🙂
Hopefully I didn’t give anyone a cold… selfish me.
Thor made us rep a double leg variation, then we drilled a hip bump sweeps, then an omaplata switch from the hip bump sweep.
Very nice!
Felt like I did it about a few hundred times.

Lol wow… sooo behind hahahah.
I believe this training session was fantastic for this day.
However I was super sore with my wrist and shin lol.
From what I remembered we may have worked on my favorite sweep

Because I do remember having to switch to my weak side do to negate my bruised shin lol.
Thor ran the class!
Rolled with a bunch of guys. Juneau, Nathan, Caleb, Eric, and even a random new guy lol…
