Another awesome time OTM Friday… smashed another quick lift session and in the books! great times… great times!

Lifting: (5 sets, 12 reps ) 

  1. Squats, 135 lbs, 4:45 to 4:58 pm
  2. Bench Press, 135 lbs, 5:02 to 4:25 pm
  3. Crunches, 100 Reps,  5:02 to 4:25 pm

Conditioning: (Stationary Rowing)

  1. 1000 m, 4:25 min, Level 6
  2. 1000 m, 4:45 min, Level 6
  3. 1000 m, 4:45 min, Level 6

Then: (Stationary Rowing)

  1. 1986 m, 10 min, Level 6

Morgy, Shat Prof Hatton, Beef Veal, the Frenchman, the Bear, Justin the beast Silly, 10p4l were OTM while I was lifting… Brock was on the heavy bag to warm-up.

Rolling: (5 mins Round )

  1. Brock Peters, 2 rounds
  2. 10P4L Veltri, 2 rounds

I was spent lol… Brock’s always a beast to roll with and Jesse is relentless to push the pace… hit 3 single legs though!!
