Yeah… 11 am BJJ on Easter Sunday!
Clip of my conditioning and being sanitary before the homies showed up. 25×4 push-ups, running around, sweeping, and mopping lol.
Clip of our jam session below. 15 mins of a standard Warm-up, 15 mins of movement exercises, 15 mins of positional sweep drilling, 15 mins review of tech, and 6×5 mins of rolling.
