Clip from Sun BJJ… huge class. Guys must know about gradings lol. We did a bunch of some basic inverted drilling with the warmup, then a bunch of chaining attacks starting in closed guard, scissor sweep, to mount x-collar choke/strangle, mount arm bar, then a back take to bo-choke/strangle. We then finished with king of the mat. Great class… huge attendance. Keep it up people!!
